1. 1.  Minimum age for admissions will be 17 years.(as on 31st December of that year) The upper age limited is 35 year.
2. 2.  Minimum education; 10 + 2 class passed in any stream for GNM or 10+2 with medical (physics , chemistry & Biology) Subjects with aggregate of 40% marks for B.Sc.
3. 3.  Those who have cleared 10+2 ,vocational GNM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
4. 4.  5% relaxation in marks is permitted to SC/ST students.
5. 5.  Admission of students shall be once in years.
6. 6.  Students shall be medically fit.
7. 7.  In addition to the above, admission procedure can be laid down by Himachal Pradesh State Nursing Council /Director Medical Education –Government of Himachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh University Shimla.
8. 8.  A Candidate must have minimum of 85% attendance in theory and 100% attendance in practical in each subject for appearing In the final examinations.
9. 9.  English extra coaching classes is required to attended in the institution.
10. 10.   Minimum Eligibility criteria for GNM: 10+2 (Any Stream) & for B.Sc. Nursing 10+2 in Medical only.

1. 1.  Duly self attested Photostat Xerox copies of the certificate and mark sheets of matriculation.
2. 2.  Duly self attested Photostat Xerox copies of the certificate and mark sheets of 10+2 .
3. 3.  Character certificate issued by the Institution/School ( Last Attended).
4. 4.  Bonafide Certificate.
5. 5.  Duly self attested copy of Aadhaar Card.
6. 6.  6 Passport size photographs.
7. 7.  Residence proof.
8. 8.  Incomplete prescribed forms received after the last date, will be rejected.
9. 9.  All certificates and testimonials are subject to verification from the concerned Board/ University / Authority etc.
10. 10.  Anti ragging affidavit.
11. 11.  Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) .

1. 1.  The prescribed application form should be completed in applicant’s own hand writing and submitted to the above said institution’s office .
2. 2.  Candidates who apply and appear in the final counseling should submit documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination along with an
   attested photocopy of the qualification / other eligible documents will be selected .
3. 3.  If any candidate selected for admission fails to join the course, the next candidate on the merit list will fill her place and fees paid by the first candidate in the
   institute will not be refunded or adjusted in any circumstances.
4. 4.  The selected candidates shall have to undergo medical examination by the institute . If a candidate is found medically unfit , then she will be rejected. The
   candidate has to bear the medical examination charges.
5. 5.  Each candidate selected for admission shall have to pay the fees immediately after announcement of the list of selected candidates, otherwise her admission
   shall be cancelled and the next candidate may be entertain / admitted.

Distinction in aggregate-75% and above
First Division-70% and above
Second Division- 60% and above
Third Division – 50% and 59%

1. Qualified GNM and B.Sc Nurse have to be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Nurses.
2. Registration Council before joining services as a qualified Staff Nurse & and practice as Staff
3. Nurse in any Government or Private Hospital or in any Medical health care center in India or Abroad.
